Property walk
We walk the full lot, note failure areas, drainage, and traffic patterns, and measure everything.

Written estimate and phasing plan
A written scope with a phasing approach so you know which areas close when.

Traffic control and prep
Areas are marked and closed in sequence, existing surface milled or removed as required.

Base repair and grading
Failed base is dug out and rebuilt, and grades are corrected where water sits.

Paving or pouring
Asphalt placed and rolled, or concrete placed and finished, depending on the section.
06
Reopen and review
Each phase is reopened on schedule, and we walk the finished work with you.
